WE SHIP WORLDWIDE and currently offer three shipping options which are Standard, Expedited, and e-Packet.

For United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia (Asia & African countries estimated delivery period may vary)

International shipping costs are calculated while checking out depending on both the weight of the order and its destination.

PROCESSING PERIOD

We aim to process and ship all international orders within 5-10 *working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) after payment. Custom/tailor-made processing period is up to 15 working days. This is mainly for suits, evening dresses, and African attires.

Orders will then take a further 8-10 working days via Express shipping and up to 15 * working days via Standard shipping.

Shipment may require a signature on delivery. If nobody is present at the time of delivery, then your parcel will be taken to your local postal depot and a card will be left with re-delivery / collection instructions. Orders are usually held at the depot for 1 week, so we recommend organizing a re-delivery or collection as soon as possible.

Any orders returned to us, for this reason, will incur a re-stocking fee or re-shipment costs.

* This does not include any custom checks/clearance delays. Custom checks are random and may delay the parcel delivery period.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If for any case the shipping address you provided while placing the order was incorrect or you moved from that address, you need to contact us right away before the order is shipped out. 

After the order has been shipped, it will not be possible for us to change the address, but you have the possibility to contact the carrier either by telephone or through their website to change the address or reschedule the delivery to your correct address.  Please note that some carriers may charge for this service.

Any orders returned due to incorrect address, or the address does not exist, or receiver was unavailable will incur charges.  Shipping carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS usually charge a minimum of 39USD

PS: It would be best to register on our website or download the tracking application to keep track of your orders. 

STANDARD SHIPPING

We will send you a notification to inform you that your order has been shipped, but you may or may not be able to track its full journey. USPS tracking information takes 10-12 days to be uploaded on their system but that DOES NOT MEAN that the parcel is not in transit. Once USPS parcels arrive in the USA, the delivery may take 1-5 working days.  This service takes about 15 working days, however, in some countries/circumstances, there are delays beyond our control.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

UPS, TNT, FedEx, DHL Express Worldwide: Provide a tracking number in which you can follow the journey of your order. These deliver between 5-8 working days depending on the order destination. Please note that this service does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.  Please provide all details e.g., Apartment or house number or company address, street name, postal code, city and country, your telephone number, and email address. You may use the "special notes to the seller" space in the shopping cart to give any other details/instructions regarding your order.  We will contact you if you do not provide this information and this may cause further delays.

SEPARATE PACKAGES

In other instances, an order may be split into different packages due to: -

- backorder items

- weight restrictions

- Branding of some items or warehouse location

 

TRACKING

Orders can be tracked through the tracking application, the link to download the application is provided to you on your order confirmation email.

You can also track your order through the link on the footer of our website.

Shipping updates are normally sent by SMS or email depending on the method you selected while placing your order.  To receive shipping updates of every step of the handling of the parcel, you will need to enable “notify by email” on the tracking page.

USPS, First Class Airmail, and Royal International Mail do not provide tracking information to all locations Globally. It would be advisable to use our tracking method or download the tracking application after you place the order. PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for lost packages while in the mailing system.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAX

Unfortunately, we have no control over customs taxes; by law, we must declare the parcel's contents and true value and you are responsible for paying these charges if any. Duties and taxes vary by country, so we recommend contacting your national customs for more information. However, we would recommend you break down your order and place several orders if your parcels are more than 5kg. e.g., 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, that way you may not incur other charges.

CURRENCY CONVERSION

Our default currency is US ($), please select your currency from the drop-down menu, however, please note that at checkout, the payment will be processed in US ($).  The currency conversion exchange rate at the time of sale depends on your bank's conversion rate.
