Our policy lasts 30 days after purchase OR 7 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, or 7 days after delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products like UNDERWEAR, SWIMWEAR, LINGERIE, BRAS, PANTIES, AFRICAN CLOTHING, AND MEN'S SUITS.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: -
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Shipping and return charges are not refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS
Depending on your location, you will be provided with a return address to a warehouse.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and any returns customs duty fees i.e. returns must be duty duly paid (DDP). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return and any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over US$70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that shipping charges are NOT refundable.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If for any case the shipping address you provided while placing the order was incorrect or you moved from that address, you need to contact us right away before the order is shipped out.
After the order has been shipped, it will not be possible for us to change the address, but you have the possibility to contact the carrier either by telephone or through their website to change the address or reschedule the delivery to your correct address. Please note that some carriers may charge for this service.
Any orders returned due to incorrect address, or the address does not exist, or receiver was unavailable will incur charges. Shipping carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS usually charge a minimum of 39USD.
PS: It would be best to register on our website or download the tracking application to keep track of your orders.

* This does not include any custom checks/clearance delays. Custom checks are random and may delay the parcel delivery period.
Please note that some items may be out of stock, in this case, the customer will be notified. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. In a few exceptions, a 5% fee will be charged. No cancellations will be made after an item has been shipped - No exceptions.
To cancel within 24 hours, please send an email to customerservice(at)lestyleparfait.com, indicate your name and order number and the item you wish to cancel.
To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) MUST be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM-MADE OR TAILOR-MADE CLOTHING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE NOR EXCHANGEABLE. This affects mainly men's suits and African clothing. These products are customized to the size provided and therefore NOT refundable NOR exchangeable.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice(at)lestyleparfait.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to: customerservice(at)lestyleparfait.com, we will send you the return address, depending on your location since we have multiple warehouses.
If you would like to exchange for a smaller or larger item (excluding custom-made products), please note that the buyer is responsible for the exchange shipping costs and any costs related to the exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
